— Custom Project Integration
Payment Integration Built Around Your Project
Your device may not look like any of our ready-made solutions. Vennex is an open payment platform: for a kiosk, a machine, a closed-loop system or your own software, we design the payment flow around your scenario, connect it to the device and make it manageable from a single panel.
- Connects over MDB, pulse, serial port or API
- Cards, QR, meal cards and closed-loop balance in one flow
- Sales data flows into your ERP and accounting systems

— Which Projects
For Every Device That Isn't on the List
We have ready-made solutions for vending machines, car washes, turnstiles, entertainment devices and EV chargers. For anything else, we build the payment flow around how your operation works. Example scenarios:
Kiosks and self-service ordering
Card and contactless payments on ordering, ticketing or service kiosks; the amount comes from your kiosk software.
Closed-loop campuses and factories
Cashless payment at canteens, vending machines and service points with staff cards, quotas and recurring top-ups.
Smart lockers and pickup points
Pay-per-use or time-based payment for rental, storage and parcel lockers.
Laundromats, water and air stations
Card payments on token-operated machines via pulse output, with no tokens to collect and count.
Parking and barrier systems
Time-based charging where payment works together with the barrier or control software.
Machines you manufacture
For machine makers: a payment module added to your product that talks to your controller board over a serial port.
— Connectivity
Four Ways to Connect to Your Device
The right connection type is chosen during discovery, based on the device's electronics and software. In most projects you don't need to replace your machine.
MDB protocol
The vending industry standard. On MDB machines the terminal acts as the machine's payment unit; product selection and price come from the machine.
Pulse output
On token or coin-operated machines a pulse is sent to the machine once payment completes. Price, pulse count and pulse length are set per button.
Serial port
On machines with their own controller board, the terminal talks to your machine over a serial port. Baud rate and timeouts are configured per device.
Server side: API and WebSocket
If the payment decision lives in your software, the terminal stays connected to our server in real time; sales can be approved remotely and results arrive instantly.
— Payment Flow
We Build the Flow on Your Rules
We combine the same building blocks that power our ready-made solutions. One project needs a single rule; another needs several working together.
Supported payment methods
Mastercard, VISA and Troy (contactless, chip, magstripe), QR, İstanbulkart, Turkish meal cards (Multinet, Metropol, Setcard, Ticket, Pluxee, TokenFlex), staff NFC cards and Vennex Wallet.
- 01
Fixed price or variable amount
A fixed price per product, or an amount supplied by the device or your software.
- 02
Pre-authorization
Hold first, capture the actual amount when the session ends. For services like EV charging where the final amount isn't known upfront.
- 03
Time or session based
Charging per minute, per session or per use.
- 04
Multiple buttons and pulses
Separate prices and pulse counts for different services on the same device.
- 05
Remotely approved sales
Sales approved remotely from your software or the panel, so the final decision stays with you.
- 06
Closed-loop balance
Staff cards, quotas per card group, recurring top-ups and PIN-based spending.
- 07
QR wallet payments
The customer scans the on-screen QR with Vennex Wallet; the result returns to the device instantly.
- 08
Operating hours, refunds, free mode
Sales limited to set hours, refund flows, and free operation for testing or campaigns.
— Your Systems
Your Data Flows Into Your Systems
Integration API
Your ERP or SAP pulls sales per device or across the whole fleet with a dedicated API key. Product code and VAT rate come with each sale.
Accounting and reporting
Sales export to Excel broken down by device, product and payment method, and can be passed to your accounting system via API or file.
Management panel and mobile app
Revenue, transactions and status for every device in real time on one panel, with role-based permissions and multiple users.
Remote management
Device settings, prices and terminal software updates are applied remotely, without a site visit.
— Process
From Idea to Field in Five Steps
Discovery
We review your device, your software and your payment scenario together.
Flow design
Connection type, payment methods and rules are agreed and written down.
Testing
The flow runs in test mode on a real device and is verified end to end.
Installation
The terminal is installed on site and the device is connected to the panel.
Support
24/7 technical support, remote monitoring and on-site service when needed.

About Custom Integration
01Can Vennex be integrated into a device that isn't in your solutions list?
Can Vennex be integrated into a device that isn't in your solutions list?
Yes. Vending, car wash, turnstile, entertainment and EV charging are our ready-made solutions, but the platform isn't limited to them. If your device can connect over MDB, pulse or a serial port, or the payment decision is made in software, we build the payment flow around your project.
02We have our own software. How do we connect payments to it?
We have our own software. How do we connect payments to it?
The terminal stays connected to our server over WebSocket. Your software sets the amount, sales can be approved remotely and the payment result comes back instantly. You pull sales data into your own system with the integration API.
03Do I need to replace my machine?
Do I need to replace my machine?
In most projects, no. The terminal is added to the existing machine; the connection type is chosen during discovery based on the machine's electronics.
04How do you take payment when the final amount isn't known upfront?
How do you take payment when the final amount isn't known upfront?
With pre-authorization: a hold is placed on the card at the start, the actual amount is captured at the end and the rest of the hold is released. Time or session-based charging is also possible.
05Can we export sales data to our ERP?
Can we export sales data to our ERP?
Yes. The integration API returns sales per device or for all devices, with product code, VAT rate and amount. Access uses a dedicated, time-limited API key.
06Can you set up closed-loop (staff card) payments?
Can you set up closed-loop (staff card) payments?
Yes. Staff NFC cards, quotas per card group, recurring top-ups and PIN-based spending are all managed from the same panel.
